Agent JumpStart™ Program Description
The Agent JumpStart™ program is designed to familiarize the new real estate licensee with the fundamentals of representing buyers and sellers in California transactions. Agent JumpStart™ is divided into three full-day segments, each covering a specific aspect of how to achieve business transactions in a productive and professional manner, while adhering to the standards of the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION of REALTORS®. Licensee will be introduced to the practices as well as the legal documentation and contracts used in everyday transactions. The overall goals of the Agent JumpStart™ course include:
  • Selecting a plan for business development
  • Developing listing and marketing presentations to sellers
  • Showing homes and preparing offers for buyers
  • Completing the details of escrow
