The California Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.) outsourced the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation program. Professional Realty Institute, Inc. was granted the privilege of partnering with C.A.R. to manage the GRI program. The decision for PRI to be awarded the partnership was awarded based upon their ability to carry out the administrative requirements, as well as their goals for the GRI designation program.

Professional Realty Institute Inc.’s objectives in delivering the GRI designation courses are as follows:

• Encourage and provide access to excellent education and training for all REALTORS® , thereby improving the ability to provide quality service to their clients.

• Increase public awareness of the distinction and notability of the various REALTOR® designations.

• Maintain a state-of-the-art service providing and continually advancing an educational environment that maximizes the opportunity for learning.
