Why get a GRI?
The education you receive in the GRI program is considered by
many as the most comprehensive training program available today to
REALTORS® in the nation. The GRI program is designed to enhance REALTORS®’
knowledge of real estate marketing and hone skills that will set

the GRI designation after your name as is done in other industries
such as the CPA in accounting, CLU in insurance and CFP in financial

able to quickly inform the general public that you have completed a

The nationally recognized Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI)
program is designed to enhance your knowledge of real estate
marketing and teach you skills that set you apart from the
competition.
The GRI program is continually refined to provide entry-level
and experienced REALTORS® with the information that will help
them succeed in today's market.
According to a national survey conducted by the National
Association of REALTORS® GRI graduates are the top performers in
most real estate offices and earn at least 35% more than non-GRI’s.
When you obtain the GRI designation, you will earn one of the
most nationally respected and prestigious professional
designations in the nation.
The GRI program consists of 12 education days that can be taken in any sequence, and are designed to meet the needs of
both the entry-level and experienced REALTORS®.
The knowledge you gain during your participation in the GRI
program can help you to overcome obstacles that can jeopardize a
transaction which should result in fewer fall outs and more income
for you.
As a student attending the GRI program, you receive a
well-rounded series of course instruction from a statewide
selected faculty, trained and experienced within their own areas
of expertise.
The GRI designation is exclusively available to members of the
local, state and National Association of REALTORS®
who successfully complete the GRI program.
