Richard F. Gaylord, B.A., GRI, CRS, CRB,CIPS | | «« Faculty Members |  | REALTOR®, Dick Gaylord is the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) 2008 President. In 2006, he served as the the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) 2006 First Vice President. In 2004, he served the National Association as Political Fundraising
Chairman and in 2003, as Regional Vice President for Region XIII.
In 2000, he
was not only President of the California Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.)
but was named California REALTOR® of the Year and was also honored by the
March of Dimes as the "Real Estate Industry Man of the Year." Dick served
as 1999 Chairman of the National Association of REALTORS® Issues Mobilization
Committee. In addition, he served as a member of the State of California Real
Estate Advisory Commission.
A multi-million dollar a year producer with RE/MAX
Real Estate Specialists in Long Beach and a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame,
he holds the GRI, CRS, CRB, and CIPS designations. Dick is a former instructor
in real estate at California State University, Long Beach and is a Master Instructor
for the California Association of REALTORS®. Dick is committed to his community,
having served as Chairman of the Long Beach Civil Service and Planning Commissions.
He is currently serving his third term and Chairman on the Personnel Commission
at Long Beach City College. He is also an Arbitrator for the Long Beach Bar
Association and former Chairperson of the State of California Board of Behavioral
