C. Till graduated from Menlo College in 1960 with a BS in Business
Administration and in 1965 graduated from Hastings College of the Law. Commencing in 1976, began training in arbitration by the San Mateo
County Bar and the California Association of REALTORS® and Judge pro tem
training. He works continuously in arbitration and is a certified
mediator with PCRC. Since
admission to the California Bar in 1966, representation has included
advice and counseling clients involved in real estate, including brokers,
agents, buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, banks and title companies. John is a member of the Executive Committee of the Real Estate
Section of the Bar Association and an Interboard Arbitrator and Mediator
for the California Association of REALTORS®. Mr. Till is also a lecturer to real estate licensees and attorneys
regarding real property brokerage and ADR issues for GRI, DRE and MCLE
